Golf Handicaps Certificates
Most of the top ranked courses require handicap certificates and the limits are typically 24 for men and 36 for ladies. Have your current certificate with you, or a letter from your club professional verifying your handicap.
If you do not have a handicap we can still arrange a tour, there are many fine courses in Ireland that have no restrictions.
Golf Carts
If you need a Golf Cart you will be restricted in your choice of courses in Ireland. The golf clubs or resorts with a good supply of Carts tend to be inland courses, however, there are some highly ranked links courses that can supply but we advise you to book early.
Caddies
Available at most of the major courses. We will pre-book a Caddie for you with the Caddie-master a each club. Caddies are paid on the day, are self-employed and cannot be 100% guaranteed to be available but Caddie-masters provide a very reliable service.
Dress on the course and in the Clubhouse
Generally smart/ casual, some clubs require long socks with shorts and jacket and tie in certain dining rooms after 6 p.m. etc. We can advise when booking your itinerary.
Self-Drive Hire vehicles are right hand drive
Rental vehicles are right hand drive. Cars and Mini-vans are typically smaller in Ireland than in the US, discuss your requirement with us to get most suitable vehicle, taking account of passengers, luggage and golf equipment.
