The tour starts near Port Elizabeth where you stay at a luxury hotel or game lodge at Shamwari Private Game Park. Golf is at Humewood and Game viewing is on the program. The tour then moves along the famous Garden Route to The Plettenberg, an exceptional hotel on Plettenberg Bay with three rounds of golf arranged. Then moving further along the Garden Route to stay and play at Fancourt Golf and Country Club Estate at George, this is the "hotspot" of South African golf with three top ranked courses. Arrive at Johannesburg airport and transfer for short domestic flight to Port Elizabeth and Shamwari Game Park for two nights at Long Lee Manor. |

| Day 2 |
Play Humewood Golf Club, one of the few links courses in South Africa and known to be difficult with undulating fairways, deep bunkers, and frequent strong winds. An unusual hazard is Kiewietjie birds nesting on the ground, nests are marked with red flags. If a ball lands too close to a nest you get a free drop. Non Golfers enjoy the game park. |

Visit Addo Elephant National Park on route to Plettenberg Bay, and three nights at The Plettenberg. |

| Day 4 |
Play Plettenberg Bay Golf Course, a magnificent layout in a nature reserve in the lovely Piesang (Banana) Valley, surrounded by high hills. The whole area has been proclaimed a nature reserve and it is rich in bird life and home to the strikingly beautiful Knysna Loerie. Non Golfers enjoy the beaches or the Garden route entertainment. |

| Day 5 |
Play Goose Valley Golf Course, a links set amongst indigenous fynbos (plants and flowers). Abundant bird life and small game can be seen around the course, it plays relatively short, but requires accuracy to avoid the brutal rough and high-walled pot bunkers. Non Golfers enjoy the beaches or the Garden route entertainment. |

| Day 6 |
Play Pezula Golf Course designed by Ron Fream and David Dale who compared it to Gleneagles in Scotland and Pebble Beach. A terrain of rolling fairways, fynbos and eyebrow bunkers. The three signature holes are on the cliff top overlooking the ocean.. Non Golfers visit Knysna on the Garden Route. Proceed to George and four nights at Fancourt Golf and Country Club Estate. |

Play Fancourt Outeniqua, named after the mountain range that runs along the famous Garden Route. It is a well conditioned parkland course with rivulets, gardens and the mountain backdrop. Signature hole is the 5th, a short par 4 well protected by water. Non Golfers at leisure, Fancourt Estate. |

Play Fancourt Montagu, a Gary Player design known for, world class conditioning and a setting that takes in mountains, water and wildlife. The par 3 signature 17th hole is a long hit over a wide expanse of water to a green quite like the 12th at Augusta National. Non Golfers explore more of the Garden Route. |

Play Fancourt Links a course with undulating windswept terrain, and dune-style landscape, a stern test in all weather conditions. Gary Players brief for the Links which opened in 2000 was to produce a course that can achieve a ranking within the world's top 100 by 2005. Non Golfers visit Oudtshoorn and Cango Caves. |

Fly George to Johannesburg airport for flight home. (Option - play George G.C. a.m. if departure permits). George Golf Course has views of the Outeniqua mountains from every hole. The main attraction of this course has always been its natural beauty, enhanced by lavish flora. The last 10 years it has been rated in the top 10 golf courses in South Africa.

Shamwari Game Park
Long Lee Manor was built as a gracious Edwardian mansion and has the feel of a country manor, located in the African bush where you will experience the style of living of a past era with uncompromising service. It accommodates 38 guests in elegant en-suite bedrooms, all with air-conditioning and under floor heating. Sumptuously prepared meals are enjoyed in the main dining room or around the open blazing fire at the Barn.
