Arrive Scotland, collect car, drive to Ardgowan Hotel St Andrews. Play St Andrews New course, it is superbly challenging and requires accuracy and sound strategy. Hazards include gorse, deep bunkers and small greens. The wind can make the final three holes difficult. (6058 metres, Par 71, SSS 72). |

| Day 2 |
Play St Andrews Jubilee, In 1897 the course was opened to mark Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee. By its centenary in 1997 it had developed to be one of the toughest tests of golf at St Andrews. The raised teeing grounds provide wonderful views of the Links, but also expose the golfers to the winds that sweep in from the bay. (6222 metres, Par 72, SSS 73). |

Play 36 holes at Lundin Links; it has a blend of links and inland holes with superb opening holes and a difficult approach to the final green. It is rare to find such variety on one course and the condition of fairways and greens is excellent. (5826 metres, Par 71, SSS 71). |
