 Attractive and comfortably furnished semi-detached Algarve villa in a superb location with splendid views over the golf course. It is 10 minutes from the beach and is situated close to all the sports facilities and amenities offered by the Vilamoura Marina which is approximately a 10-minute walk away. The two storey villa has a charming small garden with built in barbecue and a large private pool (10 x 4 metres). The ground floor has a spacious, modern living / dining room that leads to poolside terrace. The fully equipped and fitted kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob. There is a laundry room with washing machine. Double bedroom with bathroom. The first floor has three bedrooms, 1 twin and double each with en-suite shower room and further twin bedroom.
Vilamoura is a stylish resort 30 minutes from Faro airport with excellent golf and great nightlife. There is a large sandy beach with water sports and tennis, it has a Casino for gaming and world class music and dance. The Marina is great for bars, eateries and late night shopping. Kadoc the biggest nightclub on the Algarve can accommodate up to 7000 revellers, on 5 dance floors where you can dance the night away.

Pinhal was the second golf course built in Vilamoura and was inaugurated in 1976, having originally been designed by Frank Pennink, the architect of the nearby Vilamoura Old Course.
It is typified by rolling parkland terrain covered with numerous Umbrella and Atlantic pines that line many of the fairways and a few even stand out on fairways or near greens. Ponds and a stream come into play on five holes but are not serious threats to above-average golfers. To keep up with modern technical advances in clubs and balls, several holes have recently been lengthened.

Laguna is laid out over coastal terrain, this course, with its many water hazards and few trees, is considerably different from the other ones at the resort and many of its holes convey a links atmosphere. Lakes influence play on a total of 11 holes. In addition to acting as hazards and emergency water reservoirs, these lakes serve a useful purpose in attracting a variety of aquatic birds, both resident and migratory, as well as amphibians, otters, terrapins etc.

Millenium opened in 2000, although the back nine holes were formerly part of the 27-hole Laguna Course. Millennium course is a most attractive and interesting layout. The setting of this course within the surrounding countryside is truly astounding, and encompasses wooded areas and lakes.

The Old Course opened in 1969 but has been was completely renovated and modernised Its magnificent layout meanders throughout impressive pinetrees - the principal hazard - over gently undulating natural terrain.
Highly rated it has gentle sloping hills with tree-lined fairways, and poses quite a stern test.

The Victoria is the fifth course at Vilamoura and the most exclusive one at the resort, making it ideal to became the Algarve's and Portugal's major venue for top international tournaments. It was designed by Arnold Palmer, one of the greatest legends of the sport.
Every care has been taken to preserve the existing wetland, the carob, olive and almond trees, as well as several lakes that provide reservoirs for the course. With 5/6 tees per hole, wide and undulating fairways, extensive water hazards and well positioned bunkers; Victoria Course rewards the ambitious shot-maker.
